Clear® Opens Enrollment in Denver for DIA Fast Pass Security Lanes
Hyatt Regency Tech Center Hosts Enrollment Station; Provides Convenient Location for Corporate Enrollments
DENVER, DECEMBER 3, 2007 – Clear®, the fast pass through airport security at airports nationwide, announced today it opened an enrollment center at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center through a partnership with the Hyatt Hotels. In October, Denver International’s Deputy Manager of Aviation Patrick Heck announced that a registered traveler program would be launched at the airport after the holidays. Clear will be operating the express security lanes there in early January. Major Denver-area businesses have been working with Clear to begin enrollment for their travelers in anticipation of the service launching at the airport. An airport enrollment center will be installed this month.
“Both Hyatt customers and travelers who work in the Tech Center’s business enclave, and at offices downtown just minutes away will be able to enroll in this convenient location,” said Allison Beer, Clear’s Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. “This partnership helps us make our customers’ travel experiences as easy as possible.”
The Hyatt Regency Tech Center is the fifth Hyatt to welcome a Clear enrollment kiosk. San Francisco, Atlanta and New York currently host Clear enrollment centers at Hyatt Hotels there.
Hyatt Regency Tech Center General Manager Greg Leonard said, “Not only is this a great program for travelers, it gives us the opportunity to enhance the amenities we offer our guests creating an even more efficient travel experience overall. Hyatt Regency Tech Center is excited to be a part of the introduction of this innovative technology in Denver.”
Those who wish to sign up at the Hyatt location can begin the application process at flyclear.com before visiting the Clear enrollment center at the Tech Center. To complete the process, applicants must bring two pieces of government-issued ID (passport and driver’s license are strongly recommended) to the hotel. Travelers may also enroll at any of the airports where Clear operates its fast lanes. The hours at the Hyatt Regency Tech Center are 7AM-4PM weekdays. Clear expects to open one or more enrollment centers at the Airport later in December.
Clear cards are currently accepted at Albany, Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, LaGuardia, Little Rock, New York’s JFK, Newark, Orlando, Reno, San Francisco, San José and Westchester County (NY) airports.
To date, every airport that has selected a provider in an open, competitive process has chosen Clear. In addition to Reagan and Dulles, other airports who are currently seeking competitive bids from registered traveler service providers are Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and Oakland (CA) International Airport.
