Over 20,000 Fliers Use Denver Clear Lanes in First Sixty Days; Airport Security Fast Pass Program Sees Record Numbers

DENVER, CO – APRIL 7, 2008 – Clear®, the fast pass for airport security, announced that more than 20,000 cardholders have now passed through its lanes at the Denver International Airport, which opened just over two months ago. Clear enrollment stations in the Airport and in the downtown area have seen record numbers since the centers opened late last year – more than 12,000 residents have applied for a Clear Card so far. Clear has signed up over 136,000 people nationwide.

"We’re seeing great numbers of cardholders at the Denver Clear lanes – users here have been storming our doors ever since we opened them,” said Steven Brill, CEO and founder of Clear. "With our announcement of last weeks’ all time high of over 5,000 Clear applications received nationwide, Denver is a big part of the frenzy. And, the number of cardholders passing through our Clear lanes is proving the value of our service for our members,” Brill added.

Members at the Denver Clear lanes weigh in about their experience:

-- “Don’t have to get to the airport as early now.”
Christine Weiss, Clear member

-- “Less stress going through security.”
Scott Moses, Clear member

-- “As a frequent business traveler, it is quicker and your employees are very helpful.”
Gary Cordray, Clear member

Clear members are pre-screened by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and, after application approval, are provided with a card that allows exclusive access to Clear’s security lanes nationwide. The innovative, high-tech Clear Card verifies a fingerprint or iris image selected by members during enrollment.

Clear operates 28 enrollment stations across the country and also brings mobile enrollment onsite to businesses nationwide. Late last month, Clear launched lanes in Washington DC’s Reagan and Dulles Airports, and at the Oakland International Airport. The Atlanta Airport expects to launch a fast pass program there soon. Clear Cards will be accepted in Atlanta no matter what provider the Airport selects. New Clear openings can be found at flyclear.com/enrollment.
