Clear Enrollment Station Opens In Boulder
Cain Travel Hosts Kiosks To Apply for Security Fast Pass at Denver International and a Dozen Other Major US Airports.
BOULDER, CO, MARCH 3, 2008 – Clear, the airport security fast pass, has opened an enrollment station in Boulder at the offices of Cain Travel. The companies struck a strategic partnership to allow Boulder residents convenient access to in-person enrollment when applying for membership in Clear. In January, Clear opened its fast lane security services at Denver International Airport (DIA), after the airport chose the company late last year from a pool of competitive bidders. All airlines operating from DIA, and their passengers, can use Clear’s express lanes for faster passage through airport security at DIA and at more than a dozen others including San Francisco, Orlando, and later this month, Reagan and Dulles Airports in Washington, DC.
The Clear enrollment station at the Cain Travel offices at 3004 Arapahoe Avenue will be open from Monday thru Friday, 9am to 1:00pm and 2:00 to 5:00pm as part of the travel management company’s innovative customer service offerings. Cain Travel’s clients will be notified by either email or phone call and each enrollee will receive a confirmation of their appointment. Easy access parking is available at Cain Travel.
To enroll at the Cain Travel offices, applicants should begin the enrollment process at flyclear.com. Next, plan a visit to the Cain offices with two pieces of approved government-issued identification (a passport and driver’s license are highly recommended). Once approved for membership, applicants receive their Clear card in the mail, generally in two to three weeks.
Clear enrollment stations are already operating at DIA and at two Hyatt Hotels (Hyatt Regency Tech Center and Grand Hyatt) for the convenience of area residents wishing to enroll in Denver’s business districts. Clear has also brought its enrollment kiosks onsite to more than a dozen area businesses and is scheduling new appointments to come onsite for area law firms, corporations, and other businesses.
Our Boulder travelers are excited that they are now able to use Clear to get through airport security at Denver International and a host of other airports around the country," said Andrew Hohlfelder, Cain Travel’s Executive Vice President. "Cain Travel is delighted to provide a quality customer service opportunity for residents: by hosting the Clear enrollment center in our offices, we are allowing Boulder residents the time-saving convenience of avoiding a trip to Denver to apply for the fast pass card,’’ he added.
“We’re thrilled that Cain Travel jumped at the chance to provide local enrollment for Boulder area travelers,” said Allison Beer, SVP of Corporate Development for Clear. This is just the kind of service level that Clear looks for in a partner, providing speed and convenience for the customer, all the way from enrollment through verification at security,” she added.
Clear’s hotel partner, Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, has actively promoted Clear to members of its Hyatt Gold Passport loyalty program since it formed a partnership with Clear over two years ago. Hyatt purchased memberships so that its Diamond and Platinum Gold Passport members receive a complimentary year of Clear. To redeem that promotion, Hyatt Gold Passport members can go to flyclear.com/hyatt to start enrollment.
